My Review of the Ab Circle Pro

My name is Paige Louise and I would like to share with you my unbiased review of the Ab Circle Pro.
If you’re anything like me, you’re crazy busy with work and taking care of the kids. All work and no play makes it extremely difficult to find time to work out. That is why I needed to find something that was not time consuming and would get great results.
I saw the Ab Circle Pro on TV and was very skeptical about purchasing a machine, as we don’t have a ton of room in our house, not to mention money is tight. I passed on the purchasing the first time I saw the commercial.
I was watching TV at home with my husband and we saw the commercial again. I was still skeptical but I thought if it really only takes 3 minutes a day I can do that. Plus, the trial is only $14.95 and they split the rest of the payments up. He said he was OK with it as long as it doesn’t just sit in the corner collecting dust.
We got the machine a couple of days later in a box. Wow I didn’t know I was going to have to put this thing together? Well it sat in the box until my husband finally put it together. It only took him about 10 minutes, but he is a techie like that. While it sat waiting to be assembled I was checking out the nutrition guide. You can see a sample here: AB CIRCLE PRO NUTRITION GUIDE
This was part of my success – I will tell you more about that shortly.
Immediately I went to work on it. I started at the 3 minutes they recommend and boy does it give you a workout. I could feel the workout in my back, my rear and my abs.
I realized after two days that my knees where really sore. So I ordered a pair of knee pads from amazon.com. You can find them here: Fiskars Ultra Light Kneelers Knee Pads #9418. I definitely recommend the knee pads as the plastic on the machine where your knees goes is not soft at all.
I continued my workout but I had to step it up after a couple of days. The 3 minutes they say is not enough. I had to step it up to about 10 minutes a day. I would only take off one day a week to rest. At first it was difficult but then I just made it part of my routine while watching a little of the biggest loser (I love that show, inspiration for sure!).
Back to the Ab Circle Pro Nutrition Guide. This thing was a real life saver. I would say that this was 50% of my success. Our entire family was eating fast food constantly, because I thought I didn’t have time to cook a big meal. The guide goes over how to cook healthy meals quickly, how to eat, what to eat, when you do go out to eat what to look for and it has healthy recipes that are quick. Most of the food in the book actually tastes good too (that made it way easier on the kids).
It is now been over two months since I bought the machine and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is the first time since my children were born that I have been able to look in the mirror and not cringe. Even my man says I look good. I can’t wait until summer so I can finally wear a two piece at the pool. All my friends are going to be jealous for sure.
So the question is would I recommend the Ab Circle Pro?
Yes. But only if you are going to use it and continue to use it. If you are going to buy it and continue to eat fast food and not follow the workout then you should skip on this one. But, if you are serious about getting your flat stomach back and looking good in a bathing suit and you are dedicated then, this machine is for you.

i wish i had read this article before i purchased my abs machine. i purchased the ab rocker over two months ago and after steady use i had finally decided to give up on it. maybe i will give the ab circle a shot before i disregard the whole exercise thing.

Good article, I made the right choice two months ago and bought the Ab Circle. I am glad I never purchased any other ab equipment as my results with the Ab circle have been tremendous. People are starting to comment that I must spend hours each day in the gym but I know my success is down to the wonderful Ab Circle.

To the person who commented above claiming that am machines don’t work. I was once a disbeliever like you and even tried using my wife’s ab circle pro before quickly disregarding it. However after seeing her results I decided to give it another go. It was obvious the reason it failed the first time was because I only tried it for one or two weeks. I have now gotten results as well but it does take dedication. Try using it for half an hour a day over the course of a month and I am sure you will see results as well. As with any thing in life it takes some dedication and time.

I wish I never found this page, I just ordered ab countour today. I will give it a try anyway but if if it doesn’t work I will try to get as much of my money back as possible on craigslist and get the Ab Circle Pro. Sounds like the real winner to me.

Thanks so much for the information! I’ve been looking for an honest site to inform me of the differences of some of the ab machines on the market. I’m so glad I finally found an truthful, unbiased website that proves to me beyond a shadow of a doubt which ab exercise machine I should purchase.

Hello everyone,
It’s me again, reporting back with my experiences.
So I have been using my Ab Circle for 6 weeks and WOW it really works. My tummy is flatter and my abs are a lot tighter and more toned. I’m going to continue using this ab circle machine and if the results I have gotten thus far are anything to go by I’m sure I am going to be happy in the future.

PS: Support is there 24/7 if you have any questions. I was worried at one point that they weren’t going to deliver it for weeks, but when I phoned up they were able to pinpoint exactly where my order was.

The Ab Circle does work. I had back surgery about two years ago. My doctor actually recommended this machine to me since I was all healed. The Ab Circle Pro really helps with strengthening your core since you have to keep your back straight. I take it easy on the machine but it helps me tremendously and I don’t have to go to physical therapy any more.

thanks so much 2 everyone that has posted their true experiences. i’ve seen alot of reviews, both good & bad. my husband & i are both wanting 2 get in better shape..he just wanting 2 tone up & i’m wanting 2 both lose weight & tone up, trying 2 reconstruct my body after having 2 children one right after the other 
after reading everyone’s stories my husband & i are both convinced…were going 2 purchase the ab circle pro!!

I bought the Ab Circle and I have 2 complaints: My knees hurt from being on it due to the hard plastic and I have slipped off of it a few times which hurts tremendously. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Other than that, I love it.

I talked to a friend who was having the same problem. She said that she bought one of those gardening pads from Home Depot and cut it to the size of the knee cups. Let me know if that helps.

Hello I saw this on tv about a month or so ago and wanted it so bad after just having my 3rd kid I needed something to help me get back to where I was and definately more healthy and comfortable. I read reviews and was kinda skeptical about it mostly for the price. So I put it out of my mind. Then 2 days ago I walked into walmart and saw it. I called my husband told him what I saw and asked if I could spend that much money on it. He told me well since its walmart no shipping cost if I didnt like it I could return it no lose. So today I went back to walmart after a day of thinking about it and bought it. I did the 3min workout and I could already feel the workout. Im glad that I found this page. I hope that this will work for me as it has for many who have posted here. Thanks for the site it makes me feel more confident about not wasting money on another gimmick.

hi every one I just order the ab circle not because of this page , because it sounds prety easy to use it and I start eating healthy and everything that a 27 old lady with 2 kids has to do when gain 80 pound for her 2 pregnacies,,,, so here I am….. I try the first3 days and I really love it because it’s easy, and I have read some comments in other webs that stated that they back hurts and knees and evrything hurts to them like me, I undertsand (because when I was young I used to be a very exercited young lady ) when muscles are workinf obviously they have to hurt the first day or either weeks, that’s great because it’s the most important proof that ab circle or any exercice you made is working…. and You know what guys??? evry exercice even walk is a very good start, so even I don’t have result yet (in my 3 days useing) I know it’s going to work … but is like everything we need to be percistance,,,, all days 3 mins then 10 then 20 then 30…. DIET ::: NOT ONE DAY… A WEEK…. 6 DAYS A WEEK… PLENTY OF WATER, EVERYTHING WORKS BUT WE NEED TO DO IT GUYS !!!
I WARM WITH MY AIR CLIMBER…. FOR 20 MINUTES AND THEN I STEP ON MY AB CIRCLE AND THEN IF I GOT TIME I MAKE SOME SIT DOWN…. SO I START AND I AM NOT GOPING TO STOP EVEN IF SOMETIMES PEOPLE JUST SAID IT DOESN’T WORKS,,, EVERYTHING WORKS BUT IF WE USED IT…
OHHHHHH THE ONLY THING THAT HAPPENDS IS THAT MY WEIGHT IS 235 AND I DON’T KNOW IF IT IS BECAUSE OF THAT BUT THE ROUND BASE IS GETTING PEEL, AND UNDER KNEES WHEELS GET STOCK….

I am interested in getting an Ab Circle Pro but there is just one concern I have… I was on Amazon’s website looking at the Ab Circle Pro, when I saw a couple of pictures that concern me.. it showed damage to the rollers. it said that the roller was worped. has anyone had that problem?

I have heard great review on how it makes your abs look great but how well does the machine hold up. I have heard the rollers where out and make a hole in the machine. Has anyone had that same problem?

Thanks for posting. I have been curious about this machine for a while now, and tempted to buy it. I have purchased three different ab machines in the past that didnt work, and was hesitant about purchasing this one. Since I have read your post I have decided to try it out. Everyone is commenting on how well it works on your abs, but in the commerical it says it also works your buns and thighs is this true?

I just wanted to stop by and let people know that I too was not sure about the Ab Circle Pro until the first time I used it. Now I love it…I use it 3 x a week along with my bike. I stand 6′2″ and weighed about 245 when I started my workout routine which was about three weeks ago and more than weight loss I fit better in my clothes. I wish to lose about 50 pounds or to get into a size 12 which is about 3 pant sizes. For those that have mentioned that it does not work plz give it at least 30 days. You have to tone the muscles underneath the fat before you start to burn the fat…muscles weigh more than fat so when you tone it might show on the scale that you gain a few pounds…BUT DON”T WORRY!!! The Ab Circle Pro is not magic but it can and will help if you use it on a regular basis along with other exercise and eating properly.

Hi , my name is Jade Merkevicius. I have purchased the Ab circle pro for a friend of mine who has been using the machine for about a week, but noticed that the wheel is scraping the ab circle’ red paint. Have you experienced that problem? Are there ways to prevent that?
